Aspect Capital Limited (“Aspect”), the USD10.4bn London-based systematic investment manager, today announces its certification as a B Corporation (“B Corp”). Certified B Corps are businesses that aim to balance purpose and profit.
They are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, customers, suppliers, the community and the environment. Joining over 5,000 like-minded businesses globally, Aspect is one of the first European alternative investment managers to achieve certification.
Aspect has put a strong emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility since its inception over 25 years ago. The overarching principles of B Corp closely align with Aspect’s core values and this certification validates that Aspect is run thoughtfully and sustainably, with consideration for its employees, suppliers, investors and the environment.

B Corp certification provides a roadmap for CSR efforts which will ensure Aspect continues to operate in accordance with the highest social and environmental standards. As a certified B Corp, Aspect is also part of a community of likeminded businesses with whom it can engage to share ideas and best practice.
